The definition of a truly Southern Italian espresso! Caffè Izzo is roasted in a small roasting house in Naples according to old Neapolitan tradition. This blend combines first-class Arabica beans with Robusta beans in small, perfect doses. The result is an excellently full body and outstanding crema. Perfectly ground, this coffee pours gleaming black, almost like oil, into the cup. Caffè Izzo has a round and creamy flavor, without any bitter notes and with a wonderfully long aftertaste!

Coffee blends used: 90% Arabica beans, 10% Robusta

Assessment: strong coffee, excellent crema, low caffeine content

Suitable for all machines, operating with the E.S.E. system.
